Ethos have been working with Tullow Oil Ghana to provide several workshops and onsite coaching tailored to develop safety performance.

Our Safety Coach Matt said: "It has been a joy working with a variety of leaders and frontline workers from Tullow Ghana. We have been working hard in the workshops and taking learnings out to make real changes at the worksite. Task Risk Assessment has been an eye opener for many workers. Taking the time discuss simple things like the language we use, and how we step out a task, and then exploring the impact it has on the effectiveness of our risk assessment has been a powerful exercise. Delegates are coming away with key skills to ensure their risk assessments are clearly identifying all hazards and implementing effective controls.
