Ethos are providing Shell with Virtual Live-Learning Onboarding workshops for Supervisors in preparation for the upcoming Shearwater 2021 Turnaround.

Ethos has supported Shell over several years to roll-out various safety training and operational initiatives such as the New Operating Model initiative and other HSE programmes. Through these initiatives Ethos have worked with personnel throughout Shell from senior management, management, supervisors, and offshore workforce.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Ethos developed a new way of running safety training workshops using our Client specific Moodle based platform, which has been integrated with Zoom. This has been very successfully used during 2020/21 with the Task Risk Assessment & Operational Risk Assessment workshops for Shell.

After the successful award of the Virtual Live-Learning Onboarding workshops for Shearwater, Ethos was asked to provide a similar workshop for supervisors on the Nelson platform. The workshop is a ½ day virtual live-learning onboarding workshop based on the Nelson 2021 Turnaround scope for up to 40 Supervisors.
