Ethos have made a successful re-tender to provide Ervia with a behavioural safety programme. Ervia is the commercial semi-state multi-utility company responsible for the delivery of Ireland’s national gas and water infrastructure and services.
Ethos have been providing a bespoke behavioural safety programme for the past three years in support of Ervia’s Work Safe Home Safe initiative. The programme aims to generate and support a proactive safety culture through equipping and empowering leadership and line managers across Ervia, Gas Networks Ireland and Irish Water. The programme consists of 5 modules:
- Leadership and Safety Culture
- Risk Assessment
- Safety Leadership Conversations
- Behavioural Safety Essentials
- Personal Responsibility for Safety
The successful tender will mean Ethos continue to develop and support the campaign for a further three years building on the success of the campaign so far.
