To provide a clear understanding of the principles and purpose of Task Risk Assessment, enabling key personnel to develop the practical skills necessary to complete effective task risk assessments. During the day delegates will develop a common language of risk.

The workshop will be split into two sections;

1. During the first part of the workshop, we will explore the theory of risk assessment. Using interactive team exercises to clarify and embed a common, clear language and logical approach to risk assessment.
2. This latter half of the day will be a practical application, first reviewing a risk assessment and identifying areas for improvement. Delegates will then conduct a risk assessment and a short test to confirm knowledge.

1. During the first part of the workshop, we will review the theory of risk assessment and explore how this applies to Operational Risk Assessments.
2. Effective facilitation of Risk Assessment (ORA and TRA) team meetings
3. The latter half of the day will be a practical application, first reviewing Operation Risk Assessments and identifying areas for improvement. Delegates will then conduct an Operational Risk Assessment and a short test to confirm knowledge.
