Shell UK has engaged Ethos to support the delivery of their new operating model. The remit for Ethos is to coach leaders to send ripples of change through their organisation both on and offshore.
One-to-one Coaching Sessions
Ethos use coaching conversations to unlock leadership potential. Identified individuals are prioritised for one-to-one coaching sessions both on and offshore. The coachees are required to complete a self-assessment designed to help the coachee evaluate their current level of efficiency within predefined leading indicators.
Ethos uses the GROW model and the Ethos Grow Coaching Form to track actions and improvements.
As well as one-to-one coaching sessions Ethos Coaches provide on the job coaching; attending meetings, safety observation conversations and leadership 'go-sees', providing real-time feedback.

We aim to ensure that lessons learnt, both at an individual and an organisational level, are translated into actions that develop a culture of success.
