We operate worldwide providing training and coaching to our clients to help them measurably improve their health, safety, environmental and business performance. The style of our trainers is to coach and facilitate, we involve people because we realise that more involvement leads to more commitment. We use syndicate and individual experiential learning, discussion, video, music and role play. All our Training courses can be reinforced with Safety Coaching both on-site and offshore.

Our Consultants are able to combine invaluable industry experience with Ethos Coaching. This is a massive benefit to our clients – we work together to make sure we understand how your company works and operates, whilst providing you with the answers you need. For example, we can provide you with Management of Change procedures that can be coached on-site, allowing changes to be received and embedded within your organisation. Coaching is vital in any Management of Change process – we all like to be asked, not told. This is the natural style of all our Ethos consultants and coaches.
